Sharing resources: a lot of work has already gone into the development of a variety of material that is pertinent to many of our participants. How can we make this available in a way so that all parties will have the most up to date version of the material in which they are most interested? Do we need a central repository from which participants can choose the material they wish to include in their web sites, or do we wish just to link to sites? What materials do participants want access to? What sites exist from which we wish to extract material?
What about modifying materials to meet participants’ specific needs? Do we need to create universal templates for some materials?
How can participants with minimal IT support create and maintain a web site that is specific to their constituents needs, by relying on participants with whom those IT resources are more readily available? Can we utilize available software to facilitate this for participants who have minimal IT support?
How do we compensate participants based upon what they contribute (I.E. materials development, on going IT support and such)?
Who should take the technical lead?
Should we develop a beta model to be used by members of this work group to demonstrate the practicality of the model and identify problems?
how do we work with a heterogeneous group with people who do/do not have technical background. Part of my personal goal is to create a system that allows people with limited resources participate in this to promote medical home across the country

WA state's summary for working through the web services activity.
If we were to participate, it sounds as though we would need to re-vamp our software which would cost added dollars from our CSHCN Program.
Kate Orville provided the summary.
The types of information we are looking for to enhance the WA state site for the portal page include diagnosis related materials, best practice information and guidelines.
